Of Counsel Attorney T.L. Summerville has been Of Counsel with Cohen, Lerner & Rabinovitz, P.C., since 2017. His practice focuses on commercial transactions and business law, as well as real estate matters. As an Of Counsel attorney, he also maintains his own firm, Summerville Law Firm, P.L.L.C.
T.L. Summerville has over 20 years of courtroom litigation experience. He has represented major financial institutions in real estate litigation as well as automotive manufacturers in a variety of civil litigation matters. Mr. Summerville has professional experience as a criminal prosecutor in New York and Michigan, and has also served as in-house counsel for a local financial institution. He leverages the trial skills he learned as district attorney to better serve his corporate clients, especially in commercial litigation.
T.L. Summerville makes it his goal to ensure every client is treated with civility and respect. He believes that people should be dealt with fairly. It is his responsibility to use the knowledge he has obtained to fashion arguments and advice that help his clients run their businesses more efficiently.
